Refund Policy
This document describes the WBF policy that applies to the public website, client portal and hosted products.
1. Digital services
WBF products are software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, hosted APIs and other digital services delivered electronically.
2. Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the protected billing workflow. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the active billing terms and does not fabricate a public-site order state.
3. Refund requests
Send refund requests from the account email through authenticated support. Include the product, purchase date, invoice reference and reason.
4. Review
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Eligibility depends on applicable law, the accepted checkout terms and service usage.
