All WBF Solutions products are digital products — software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, hosted API services, and digital tools delivered electronically.

Right of withdrawal for digital products

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access to the digital service and to acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal. By giving this consent and beginning to use the service, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies.

If you complete a purchase without giving prior express consent to immediate access, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies and you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

While we are not legally obligated to provide refunds for digital services accessed with your consent, we may at our discretion offer a partial or full refund in cases of significant and documented service failures that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
