This document describes the WBF policy that applies to the public website, client portal and hosted products.
1. Essential cookies
Secure sessions, CSRF protection, bot verification, consent state, theme preference and the signed BO preview cookie are essential to the relevant features.
2. Optional analytics
Analytics must remain disabled until optional-cookie consent is granted. The public site does not load advertising or analytics code by default.
3. Payment cookies
Stripe may set cookies during the protected checkout flow for security, fraud prevention and session handling. Card details are not collected by the public website.
4. Managing preferences
You can change optional-cookie consent through the website controls when optional analytics are enabled, and you can clear stored site data in your browser.
