Terms of Service

This document describes the WBF policy that applies to the public website, client portal and hosted products.

1. Service agreement

WBF services include hosted MCP products, software tools and professional services. Product access is tied to the customer account, active plan and applicable license.

2. Permitted use

Services may be used for legitimate purposes within the permissions of the connected system. Abuse, unauthorized access, credential sharing and attempts to bypass safety controls are prohibited.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are confirmed in the client portal and processed by Stripe. Current pricing comes from the license catalog; final tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Customer systems

You remain responsible for the systems, data, permissions and instructions you connect to a WBF product. Destructive or high-impact operations may require explicit confirmation.

5. Termination

Access may be suspended for security, payment or terms violations. Customers can manage active subscriptions through the portal and Stripe billing flow.
