Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using any website or service operated by Outer Trip SRL under the WBF Solutions brand — including wbf.solutions, wbf.tools, wbfdev.ro, and all their subdomains — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

WBF Solutions provides:

• Open-source software — MCP servers and developer tools published on GitHub under open-source licenses (typically MIT). Provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• Hosted services — server hosting, API access, MCP endpoints, and SaaS products available via paid subscription through the client portal.
• Client portal — account management, billing, license management, and support at wbf.solutions/clients.
• Websites and documentation — product landing pages, technical documentation, and marketing content.

Open-source software

Software published under open-source licenses is governed exclusively by the terms of its license file, not by these Terms of Service. You may use, modify, and distribute open-source software according to its license without creating an account or agreeing to these terms.

Account registration

To access the client portal and paid services, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our proprietary software (this does not apply to open-source code under permissive licenses)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to paid services without written authorization
• Use our services in ways that interfere with other users or degrade service quality
• Scrape or harvest data from our websites using automated tools without permission
• Use our MCP servers or tools to perform actions you are not authorized to perform on the target infrastructure
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls

Intellectual property

• Open-source code: Licensed under its respective open-source license. Your rights are defined by that license.
• WBF Solutions brand, logos, icons, and visual design: Copyright © Outer Trip SRL. Not licensed for reuse without written permission.
• Your content and data: You retain full ownership of all data you provide to our services. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
• Feedback: If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about our services, we may use it to improve our products without obligation to you.

Payment and billing

• Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually as selected).
• All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise noted. VAT is applied where required by EU law. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may be eligible for reverse charge.
• Invoices are generated automatically and available in your billing portal.
• Failed payments will be retried per our payment processor’s standard retry schedule. After repeated failures, your subscription may be suspended.

Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will announce planned maintenance when practical. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or your own infrastructure. Unless a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) has been agreed in writing, no specific uptime percentage is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Open-source software is provided “AS IS” without any warranty, express or implied
• Our total aggregate liability for paid services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data stored on your infrastructure

Suspension and termination

• By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the client portal or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. For non-critical violations, we will provide 14 days’ notice. For severe violations (abuse, illegal activity, security threats), we may suspend immediately without notice.
• Data export: Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days. After that, data will be deleted per our retention schedule.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outer Trip SRL from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party’s rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. This does not affect your mandatory rights under consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email and post a notice on our websites. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
